Proven Peptides customer support is actually pretty good as they respond to questions usually within 24 hours but most of the time it’s much sooner.

Shipping and returns
Proven peptides states that they have a maximum of one day handling time which means that you can expect your order to ship within one business day.
So for example you order on a Tuesday morning, you can expect to see that your order has been shipped on Wednesday.
Keep in mind that if you pay with an Echeck then it will take a few more days of handling time as they have to wait for the payment to go through, don’t worry it’s completely normal.
Proven Peptides also offers free shipping on orders above $75, at least for domestic shipping as I’m not sure about international shipping.
