With there being so many different Nootropic stacks and blends on the market you have now came down to just two, Alpha Brain and Lumultra sometimes referred to as lumonol.
But which one is better in general when it comes to Alpha Brain vs Lumultra?
While there is definitely some subjectivity to this question, I can offer both what I see in the ingredients to determine which one is better and my own personal opinions on both of them.
But if you’re in a hurry and just want to know which is better, the answer is Alpha Brain.
So let’s get right into it.
Alpha Brain
Alpha Brain is an all in one Nootropic stack designed to provide enhanced cognitive performance through it’s synergistic ingredients while also being completely caffeine free.
Just about anyone can benefit from taking Alpha Brain on a consistent basis if your goal is to maximize your cognitive functioning or increase your mental performance in general.
Some ingredients that stand out with Alpha Brain include but are not limited to the following.
L-Theanine for promoting relaxation and feelings of well being.
Alpha-GPC which is a precursor to the key neurotransmitter Acetylcholine which certainly helps with memory retention, recall and overall better cognitive performance.
Huperzine A which helps slow the breakdown of Acetylcholine and allows the Alpha-GPC to work better and for longer than usual.
Bacopa Monnieri for more feelings of relaxation and to promote healthy stress levels in the body.
Lumultra
Lumultra is also an already made Nootropic stack made so you can gain an edge in your mental performance whether it to be focus deeper, retain information easier or both.
Although the ingredients don’t seem to be as synergistic as Alpha Brain, Lumultra does contain one of my favorite Nootropics, Noopept.
Some other ingredients Lumultra contains that stand out to me are as follows.
Phosphatidylserine for helping maintain cellular function inside the brain.
Alpha-GPC for once again producing Acetylcholine to help increase focus and concentration.
Noopept for super deep focus and concentration as well as feelings of relaxation in some users.
Guarana for an intense energy boost and other benefits.
Similarities
Both have some of the same Nootropics
Both Alpha Brain and Lumultra contain some of the same Nootropics such as Alpha-GPC, Phosphatidylserine, and L-Tyrosine.
Both are the same price
Both Alpha Brain and Lumultra are $60 per bottle of 30 servings which comes out to $2.00 per serving.
You can always reduce the price by signing up for a subscription with Alpha Brain or Lumultra when you figure out which one you want to keep buying.
Differences
Difference in Nootropics
Below are the ingredients that you can find in Alpha Brain but not in Lumultra.
L-Theanine
Oat Straw Extract
Cat’s Claw Bark Extract
Bacopa Monnieri
Huperzine A
L-Leucine
Pterostilbene
Now ingredients you will find in Lumultra but not Alpha Brain.
Noopept
Panax Ginseng
Guarana
Ginko Biloba
One has caffeine and the other does not
Lumultra uses Guarana which does contain some caffeine although it is hard to tell how much since it is included in the propitiatory blend.
Alpha Brain is completely caffeine free.
So which one do I recommend?
Overall I would have to say Alpha Brain is the winner here due to it’s advanced synergistic blend of ingredients such as Huperzine A helping the Alpha-GPC.
Also I like the effects of L-Theanine and Bacopa Monnieri when combined and Lumultra does not have either of these combinations.
Don’t get me wrong I don’t think Lumultra is too bad as I like that they include Noopept and Alpha-GPC but I don’t find Lumultra to be as synergistic as Alpha Brain overall.
