As you may have already heard of Mind Lab Pro or even Awaken by Awakened Alchemy, as both Nootropic stacks offer quality Nootropics.
But when it comes to Mind Lab Pro vs Awakened Alchemy, which one is better in general or will have a more profound effect on you personally?
So let’s take a look at what each stack has to offer and determine which one will come out on top and why.
Mind Lab Pro
Mind Lab Pro is an all in one turnkey Nootropic stack that has ingredients that have been refined over the years to provide maximum synergy and overall cognitive functioning.
The key to this stack is that the ingredients are all put to use and are super synergistic so the effects of this stack are magnified compared to what each Nootropic would offer on there own.
Some of the Nootropics in this stack that I would like to highlight include but are not limited to the following.
Lion’s Mane Mushroom extract to stimulate the synthesis of Nerve Growth Factor(NGF) which helps with mood, memory and overall brain plasticity.
Bacopa Monnieri to heighten focus, while helping you stay relaxed and to help promote a feeling of well being, even when under stress.
Rhodiola Rosea which plays a key role with certain neurotransmitters such as Dopamine, Serotonin and Norepinephrine allowing you to stay extra focused and retain information better than usual, also while under some stress just like Bacopa in a way.
Citicoline which helps with the neurotransmitter Acetylcholine which plays a vital role in learning, memory retention, recall and overall cognitive functioning.
Awaken
Awaken by Awakened Alchemy is another all in one Nootropic stack designed with special ingredients to provide an overall increase in cognitive performance as well as a host of other benefits.
The ingredients are also scientifically proven to do what they say they do and were chosen to be put together in this stack to work together to achieve the goal of better thought processing, memory retention and recall and so on.
Some of the ingredients in Awaken that I would like to highlight include but are not limited to the following.
Phenylethylamine HCL which you may already know can provide a substantial boost in energy and motivation along with a ton of other effects and benefits.
Citicoline which just like Mind Lab Pro includes, can help with Acetylcholine and improve memory retention, recall, focus and learning speed just as you would expect from something that has an effect on this key neurotransmitter.
KSM-66 Ashwagandha Extract which has the highest concentration of the root extract that you can find on the market and has been shown to help reduce stress, promote neuroplasicity, enhance the immune system, promote a feeling of well being and so on.
Similarities
Both have some of the same ingredients
Some of the ingredients that you can expect to find in both Mind Lab Pro and Awaken are as follows.
Citicoline both at 250mg’s
Phosphatidylserine
NALT which is a form of L-Tyrosine Mind Lab Pro (175mg’s) Awaken (150mg’s)
Vitamin B12 although Awaken’s dosage (500mcg) is significantly higher than Mind Lab Pro’s (7.5mcg)
L-Theanine
Both are Caffeine free
Sorry to you caffeine lovers out there but both Mind Lab Pro and Awaken are completely caffeine free so if you want some of that included then you will have to go elsewhere.
Both show all ingredients
Both Mind Lab Pro and Awaken list all of their ingredients on the bottle and the dosages that they use with them.
They don’t hide behind a propriety blend that most people hate, myself included just for the fact that you can’t see exact dosages in those blends, although there are some good ones out there in terms of effects.
Both are quite expensive
If you’re on a super tight budget then you may want to hold off for a bit as 1 bottle of Awaken costs $89 for 45 servings which comes out to $1.97 per serving of 2 capsules.
Mind Lab Pro costs $65 per bottle of 30 servings which comes out to $2.16 per serving of 2 capsules.
With that being said, both brands offer a reduced price if bought in bulk or if you subscribe you can save even more.

Difference in Price
As mentioned previously, 1 bottle of Awaken for 45 servings will cost you $89 which comes out to $1.97 per serving.
As for Mind Lab Pro 1 bottle of 30 servings will cost $65 and that comes out to $2.16 per serving.
You can see that for price per serving, Awaken comes out to be $0.19 cheaper per serving but keep in mind you will have to spend an Extra $24.00 to get that price per serving.
Difference in effects
You may find that Mind Lab Pro is more calming or relaxing than Awaken which seems to be more energizing but not as balanced as Mind Lab Pro due to the difference in ingredients picked for each stack.
This may be anecdotal as I respond super well to the lions Mane Mushroom, Bacopa Monnieri and Rhodiola Rosea better than I do with KSM-66 and Phenylethylamine in terms of relaxation and overall balance.
So which one is better?
When it comes to Mind Lab Pro vs Awaken I would have to say Mind Lab Pro is better overall due to the nature of the Ingredients and lower price point per bottle.
Awaken is also good if you respond to their ingredients in a different way than I do and also the cost per serving is slightly lower than Mind Lab Pro.
But for the better one overall I would go with Mind Lab Pro.
