As i’m sure you have already heard about both Mind Lab Pro as well as Alpha Brain since these two Nootropic stacks are some of the most popular stacks currently on the market.
Now that you have narrowed down your choices to just two different stacks, you are trying to figure out which one is better when it comes to Mind Lab Pro vs Alpha Brain.
Both are very good in terms of effects and what they have to offer as they are similar in ingredients and pricing so I can see why it can be hard to choose the right one.
So with that being said, let’s take a look at each one in detail so you can make the right decision for yourself with some of my thoughts included to the mix.
Mind Lab Pro
Mind Lab Pro is an all in one Nootropic stack packed with ingredients that are proven effective and backed by the science behind it.
Not only that but this stack is specifically made to have a synergistic effect in the brain and body.
This means that each ingredient compliments one another in a way where it makes the effects of each compound feel stronger and last longer.
This is exactly what you should be striving for when stacking Nootropics or other supplements.
Some of the key ingredients you can expect are things like Rhodiola Rosea, Bacopa Monnieri and Lion’s Mane Mushroom.
While Rhodiola Rosea can be pretty stimulating, Mind Lab Pro uses a blend of 3% Rosavins and 1% Salidrosides.
The higher percentage of Rosavins means that in general the effects will be more calming and relaxing where if there was a higher percentage of Salidrosides it would be much more stimulating.
For Bacopa, Mind Lab Pro provides a form of this that has 9 different Bacosides which are antioxidants that help learning speed, memory retention, promote relaxation and more by affecting key neurotransmitters such as Acetylcholine, GABA and Serotonin.
Mind Lab Pro also has included Suntheaine which is a form that provides 100% pure L-Theanine which is used to promote calmness, relaxation and an overall sense of well being.
Alpha Brain
Alpha Brain is yet again another all in one Nootropic stack with ingredients blended in to provide an overall boost in performance and cognitive function.
The synergistic effect of this stack is also pretty good but not as comprehensive as Mind Lab Pro’s in terms of all of the compounds being super synergistic.
Some of the key ingredients in Alpha Brain include but are not limited to Oat Straw Extract, Alpha-GPC, Bacopa Monnieri Extract and Huperzine A.
Oat straw Extract is exactly what it says it is, a compound extracted from oats and is used to promote cognitive functioning by increasing Alpha brain wave production.
Alpha-GPC is a high quality choline source and is actually a precursor to the important neurotransmitter, Acetylcholine which is key in memory retention and recall.
Huperzine A is used to help stop the breakdown of Acetylcholine which allows Alpha-GPC to stay working longer, which is why Alpha Brain is synergistic in at least this way.

Plus I like the way that Rhodiola Rosea and Lion’s Mane Mushroom makes me feel with the Mind Lab Pro stack as I feel energized but chilled out at the same time.
It just seems more practical for myself but don’t get me wrong Alpha Brain is good too and may affect you in a different way than me as we all have different brain chemistry and preferences.
But if I had to choose between Mind Lab Pro vs Alpha Brain, I personally would go with Mind Lab Pro.
