Gorilla Mode Review A Seriously Strong Pre-Workout

As you already know Pre-workout supplements can give you that edge in your training whether you use them daily or on days where you’re really dragging.

Especially on the days when you don’t even want to think about going to the gym but know you should anyway.

Everyone has those days and getting yourself amped up with good Pre-workout is better than taking a day off in my experience if you actually want to achieve your goals.

Don’t be one of those New year new me type of people that go to the gym in the beginning of January and quit before the month ends.

If you can’t take working out seriously for even 30 minutes a day then you wont achieve harder things in life.

Alright enough of this mini rant, I just had to say how I feel since it’s the beginning of the New year and I’ve already seen the drop in people at my gym haha.

So with all of that being said I’m here to give you the full Gorilla Mode review and what I personally think of this Pre-workout supplement.

What Is Gorilla Mode?

Gorilla Mode is a super strong Pre-workout supplement that has just arrived on the market from Gorilla Mind within the past few months and has already changed the game as you will see in the Gorilla Mode ingredients.

So far it has been very effective at increasing my energy, raising my Nitric oxide, and allowing me to get more reps on every set for both bench and squats.

Very staple exercises that everyone should be doing by the way.

Normally I’m not a huge fan of Pre-workout supplements or other mainstream body building supplements due to them having low doses on just about everything except caffeine.

Gorilla Mind has changed my mind(Not trying to be funny) ever since I tried Gorilla Mind Rush I have been more interested in the company as a whole since how well Rush worked as seen in my full review.

So I thought Gorilla Mode would be worth a try.

What You Can Expect From Gorilla Mode

Within 30-45 minutes after taking Gorilla Mode Pre-workout you will notice an intense burst of energy and stimulation starting to take place within you.

Hopefully you have arrived to the gym or at least the parking lot by this time because you will be ready to go as stop lights will seem to last a lifetime if it has already kicked in.

I like to head straight for the first open bench press or squat rack depending on the day and get to work.

You should notice that the first set will feel much easier and you wont be as winded as you normally would.

Your overall endurance will be improved so if you can normally only do 8 reps of a standard 135 bench per set you should be able to push through and get 2-3 extra reps per set putting you at 10-11 reps.

Pull-ups will feel easier as well and I can get 1-2 extra pull-ups for the first few sets bare minimum but consistently 1 more rep for all of my sets.

You just wont be as physically exhausted or demotivated to get right into the next set in my experience.

Plus you get that euphoria that is commonly associated with working out while on a strong Pre-workout supplement.

Another thing you will notice is that you are not getting sore whatsoever the next day or even the following days due to the high amount of Creatine Monohydrate.

I first noticed this with Creatine several years ago when it was really the only supplement that I believed in at the time due to it’s affect on my strength, endurance and it’s ability to make me not sore at all.

You should expect all of those things with Gorilla Mode since it has a high concentration of Creatine in it unlike other Pre-workout formulas.

Gorilla Mode gives you enough Creatine so you won’t need to buy Creatine separately anymore.

So not only do you get enhanced energy, endurance, euphoria but you also get crazy pumps and overall strength gains from the creatine being added in.

Plus you just don’t get sore which to me is super important.

So with all of that being said let’s take a look at all of the active ingredients in Gorilla Mode and their doses.

3,000mg’s Malic Acid– Increases absorption of Creatine

2,500mg’s Betaine Anhydrous– Reduce homocysteine levels in the blood

1,500mg’s L-Tyrosine– Breaks down into Dopamine, Norepinephrine and Adrenaline

1,000mg’s Agmatine Sulfate– Delivers crazy pumps and improves insulin sensitivity

500mg’s Kanna– Boosts mood, lessens anxiety and can cause Euphoria

350mg’s Caffeine Anhydrous– For energy and focus enhancement, plus appetite suppression

350mg’s N-Phenethyl Dimethylamine Citrate– Super strong stimulant effects for mood and concentration

10mg’s Piperine– Speeds up metabolism and better nutrient absorption

Keep in mind that these are pretty high dosages and you may need to start with 1 scoop or less since this stuff is pretty strong.

How To Take Gorilla Mode

I like to take about 1 and a half scoops of Gorilla Mode 30-45 minutes before going to the gym or performing intense exercise.

You can take 2 scoops in a day if you choose to do so whether at once or split up during your workout is up to you.

You can also take only 1 scoop of Gorilla Mode in a day to see how it affects you as this stuff is really strong and for more sensitive individuals even half a scoop can get the job done.

I find 1 and a half scoops of Gorilla Mode to be my sort of sweet spot that gives me everything I need without getting too stimulated.

No matter how many scoops you decide to use the most important thing to remember is to use it on an empty stomach as it will be the most effective this way.

Plus working out on an empty stomach is better for burning fat than if you eat prior going to the gym.

It’s really not hard to fast before the gym like people make it seem, in fact I prefer working out fasted over any type of training.

Plus Gorilla Mode will absolutely suppress your appetite so you wont feel like eating anyway.

Gorilla Mode Flavors

As of right now there are 2 flavors for Gorilla Mode.

Tiger’s Blood and Mango Peach.

I’ve only tried Tiger’s blood so far and it tastes better than I thought it would.

It has an exotic flavor to it like a mix of watermelon and strawberries and possibly more but I can’t quite put my tongue on it.

As for Mango Peach I’m sure it tastes amazing as Mango is my favorite flavor of anything but I’ll have to find out at a later time once I’m done with Tiger’s Blood as the name itself was pretty appealing and I’m not disappointed.
